PVC Spanish Roof Tile Production Line

PVC spanish roof tile production line is designed to produce high-quality roofing tiles that emulate traditional Spanish tile aesthetics. PVC spanish roof tile extrusion line includes a series of machines such as conical double screw extruders, single screw co-extruders, and forming machines for main tile and ridge tiles. The process begins with the premixing of PVC resin with various fillers and additives. The mixed materials are then extruded together with ASA/PMMA co-extruding into a T-die molding. After calibration and embossing, the sheets are cut to produce the final PVC spanish roof tiles.
